Partner Program Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before applying for or participating in the eTA Rush Pay-After-Approval Partner Program.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the eTA Rush Pay-After-Approval Partner Program ("Program") offered by eTARush.com ("eTA Rush", "we", "us"). By applying to or participating in the Program, you ("Partner", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Program Description
The Program is an exclusive, invitation-based partnership allowing approved Partners to submit Kenya eTA Application Reference Numbers ("Reference Numbers") for clients who have already applied on the official government website (www.etakenya.go.ke) but are facing delays or issues. eTA Rush will utilize its resources to fast-track the processing of these applications. The core benefit is that payment from the Partner to eTA Rush is only due *after* successful delivery of the eTA solution.
2. Eligibility and Verification
2.1. Eligibility Criteria:
- Partners must operate a Website or Social Media channel primarily focused on travel, tourism, visa assistance, or specifically Kenya/East Africa information.
- Websites must demonstrate significant relevant traffic (generally 10,000+ unique monthly visitors).
- Social Media channels must have a substantial engaged following (generally 20,000+ followers/subscribers) and niche-relevant content posted consistently for at least four (4) months prior to application.
- Partners previously accepted as Travel Agents must maintain their professional website and active business social media profile relevant to the niche. New applications from agents without both may not be accepted into this specific Program.
- eTA Rush reserves the sole right to determine eligibility based on niche relevance, traffic/follower metrics, content quality, and platform professionalism.
2.2. Verification Process:
- Website applicants may be required to verify ownership by confirming receipt of an email sent to an address at their website's domain (e.g.,
contact@partnerwebsite.com) OR by temporarily placing specific text mentioning "etarush.com" (not a hyperlink) on an agreed-upon page (e.g., About Us, Resources). - Social Media applicants will be required to temporarily place specific text mentioning "etarush.com" (not a hyperlink) in their main profile bio or description.
- This verification text may be removed by the Partner immediately after receiving the official Program approval email from eTA Rush.
3. Partner Obligations
- Communication: Partners must use the dedicated Real-Time Agent Contact method provided by eTA Rush upon approval for all Reference Number submissions and related operational communication.
- Submission Process: Partners agree to submit Reference Numbers either one (1) or two (2) at a time. Further submissions will only be processed after payment for the previously completed successful cases is confirmed by eTA Rush. Submitting larger batches requires prior agreement and may necessitate pre-payment.
- Payment: Payment for each successfully processed eTA case (defined in Section 4) is due via M-Pesa within two (2) hours of confirmation that the client has received the official approval email or the manually forwarded PDF (in glitch cases). Partners are responsible for ensuring timely payment; international partners may use services like Wise, Remitly, etc., to facilitate instant M-Pesa payments. eTA Rush will provide M-Pesa payment details upon Program approval.
- Information Accuracy: Partners are responsible for providing the correct Application Reference Number(s) for their clients.
- Niche Adherence: Partners must maintain the primary focus of their approved platform (Website/Social Media) within the eligible travel niche.
- Client Communication: Partners are responsible for communicating the eTA status and delivering the final document (if manually forwarded by eTA Rush) to their clients. Partners must ensure clients understand how to verify the eTA's authenticity via the official government website (verification guide here).
4. eTA Rush Obligations & Service Process
- Processing: Upon receiving a Reference Number from an approved Partner via the designated contact method, eTA Rush will initiate the diagnosis and fast-track process during official Kenyan immigration working hours (typically 8 AM - 5 PM EAT). While success often occurs within 1-3 working hours during this window, our service guarantee covers action within 24 hours.
- Communication: eTA Rush will communicate the outcome (e.g., Approved, Correction Link Needed, PDF Retrieved, Cannot Help due to rejection/issue) back to the Partner via the designated contact method.
- Approval Delivery:
- For standard fast-tracked 'Pending' applications, successful processing results in the official approval email being sent directly from the government system (
donot_reply@ecitizen.go.ke) to the client's email address used in their original application. eTA Rush does not send this email. - In rare cases of 'Approved but Not Received' system glitches (where the application was already approved before the Partner contacted us), eTA Rush will receive the PDF from officer contacts and manually forward it to the Partner (or client, as agreed).

- Confidentiality: eTA Rush will treat client Reference Numbers and associated status information as confidential.
Definition of Success & Payment Trigger: Payment is due only upon successful resolution. Success for 'Pending' applications is defined as confirmation (either from the Partner or by reasonable elapsed time) that the client has received the official approval email from donot_reply@ecitizen.go.ke. Success for 'Approved but Not Received' glitches is defined as eTA Rush successfully forwarding the retrieved PDF to the Partner/Client.
5. Fees and Discounts
- The standard Pay-After-Approval partner rate is $25 USD per successfully processed eTA case.
- Volume discounts (e.g., $22/case for 11-30 cases/month, $20/case for 31+ cases/month) may be offered at eTA Rush's discretion based on consistent monthly volume and reliable payment history. Specific tiers and terms will be communicated separately if applicable.
- Fees are subject to change with prior notice to active Partners.
6. Non-Payment Consequences
- Failure to make payment within the stipulated two (2) hour timeframe after a successful case may result in temporary suspension of the Pay-After-Approval service.
- Consistent late payments or refusal to pay will result in permanent removal from the Pay-After-Approval Program.
- Partners removed from the Program may still use eTA Rush's standard public services but will be required to follow the standard pre-payment procedures after diagnosis. They will not be eligible for the discounted partner rate or the Pay-After-Approval benefit.
7. Disclaimer of Affiliation
eTA Rush is an independent entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the Government of Kenya or any of its agencies. We provide third-party advocacy and fast-track services for applications submitted through official channels.
8. Limitation of Liability
eTA Rush's liability is limited to the refund of its service fee in case of failure to meet the guaranteed processing timeframe as per our public Refund Policy (adapted for the partner payment model). We are not responsible for underlying application issues, client errors, government system outages, final immigration decisions at entry points, or consequences arising from client travel based on the eTA status. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the fee paid for the specific service instance in question.
9. Termination
- Either party may terminate the partnership participation with written notice (email sufficient).
- eTA Rush may terminate a Partner's participation immediately for breach of these Terms, including but not limited to non-payment, misrepresentation, or activities outside the agreed niche.
- Upon termination, any outstanding payments for successfully completed cases remain due.
10. Changes to Terms
eTA Rush reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active Partners of significant changes via email. Continued participation in the Program after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
